Payment and refunds
Terms for paying Smekalka subscription plans in the Republic of Belarus via bePaid.

- We accept Visa, Mastercard, Belkart, Google Pay, and other methods shown on the bePaid checkout page.
- Payment is made in the Application (app.smekalka.by) when selecting a plan on Pricing or via a payment link sent by the Administration.
- After successful payment you receive confirmation by email. Please keep it for your records.
You can pay for a subscription online by bank card on bePaid's secure page in Belarusian rubles (BYN).
bePaid complies with PCI DSS. Card data is transmitted over SSL/TLS and processed by the payment provider.
The Administration (ИП Аль-Хатиб А. Ф., UNP 692111656) does not receive or store full card numbers, CVV/CVC, or equivalent credentials.
Further legal terms for payment data are defined by bePaid and your card issuer.
A paid plan grants access to features listed on Pricing at the time of payment. The subscription period (monthly or yearly) depends on the selected plan.
After the paid period ends, paid features may be restricted until renewal or switch to a free tier if available.
The Administration may change plan features with prior notice on the Website; this does not remove refund rights where required by law.
Refunds follow the laws of the Republic of Belarus on consumer protection and bePaid rules.
Send refund requests to info@smekalka.by or via Contact with account email, payment date, and amount. We respond within a reasonable time.
Approved refunds are credited to the same card within 1–30 banking days after processing by the payment system.
Refunds may be limited if paid features were fully used in the paid period, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
