A cookie is a small text file stored by your browser. It helps the site remember your session, settings, and preferences.

Similar technologies (e.g. sessionStorage) store data in the browser without sending it on every request — we describe those below as well.

Strictly necessary — enable sign-in, security (CSRF), and remembering your cookie choice. Set without separate consent.
Security — contact form protection (Cloudflare Turnstile). Set only after you consent in the cookie banner.
Functional — interface convenience. Theme preference is currently stored in browser sessionStorage, not a cookie.
Analytics — visit statistics. Not used at the time of publication. If added — only after consent.
Marketing — advertising and retargeting. Not used at the time of publication.

smekalka_session (or another Laravel session cookie name) — session ID, sign-in, interface language in session, demo mode. Category: strictly necessary. Duration: until session ends or per browser settings.
XSRF-TOKEN — cross-site request forgery (CSRF) protection. Category: strictly necessary.
smekalka_consent — remembers your cookie banner choice. Category: strictly necessary. Duration: up to 12 months.
__cf_* / cf_clearance (Cloudflare Turnstile) — spam check on the Contact page. Category: security. Only after consent.
sessionStorage “theme” — light/dark interface theme. Not a cookie; cleared when you close the browser tab.
Mobile API tokens — stored in the app on your device, not in browser cookies.

When paying for a plan you are redirected to a secure bePaid page, which may set its own cookies under the payment provider’s policy.

If you consent to the Security cookie category on the contact page, the Cloudflare Turnstile widget is loaded. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Smekalka does not use third-party web analytics (Google Analytics, Yandex Metrica, etc.) or advertising pixels on the website.

If we add such technologies in the future, they will load only after your explicit consent via the cookie banner, and this policy will be updated.

On your first visit a banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential, or customize categories. You can change your choice anytime via “Cookie settings” in the site footer.

You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. You may need to sign in again and make a new banner choice.
